Can a federal law cure what has plagued our healthcare system for years?

The webinar addressed key challenges within the current legal framework of the healthcare system, focusing in particular on specific care situations where the system reaches its limits. The discussion centered on the potential contribution of a national health law to resolve these deficiencies. Participants also examined the opportunities and risks of such a law from the perspective of various stakeholders. Finally, the feasibility of implementation and possible alternatives were discussed.

Mehr als 50 Stakeholdern des Gesundheits- und Sozialbereichs sowie der Zivilgesellschaft kreierten gemeinsam einen Aktionsplan für eine zukunftsfähige ambulante Grundversorgung in der Schweiz. Im Zentrum steht ein umfassendes, patientenorientiertes Versorgungsmodell mit dem Namen «Gesundheitsnetz für alle – pour tous – per tutti». Für dessen Realisierung wurden drei Handlungsfelder definiert: 

Netzversorgung mit einer engen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen und der Zivilgesellschaft, Koordination und Navigation: Eine effektive Koordination stellt sicher, dass alle Angebote im Gesundheitsnetz aufeinander abgestimmt sind und Patientinnen und Patienten auf Ihrem Weg begleitet werden. Eine gemeinsame Datenplattform unterstützt die effiziente Gesundheitsförderung, Prävention und Versorgung. Zugang: Ein niederschwelliges und flexibles Zugangssystem gewährleistet, dass das Gesundheitsnetz für alle zugänglich ist. Eine mehrsprachige App und lokal verankerte Begegnungsorte bieten den Menschen direkte Unterstützung in ihrem Lebensumfeld.
